THE EXPERIENCE

Norfolk’s scariest Halloween event in Norwich begins at 6pm with the last entry at 9pm. The haunts, bar and food outlets will close at around 11pm. The night features a series of spine-tingling haunts involving live actors, all of whom are considered to be extremely frightening. With our VIP and Fast Track tickets, you can face your fears on Predator High Ropes (6pm-10pm), East Anglia’s largest rope course and the world’s first parallel sky rails.

You can also expect Grey Goose Archery & Axe Throwing and various bands playing on both peak and off peak times, including The JRB, ENIGMA and the Big Summer Blowout.

FOOD & DRINK

Need to refuel during your evening?

PrimEvil will have a selection of food vendors to provide you with food and drink throughout the evening, including Fat Teds, Phat Khao, Swash Nosh, Deans Beans and Candy Cables. We have the on-site Snack Shack, Dippy’s Pizza & Fries and Nautilus Fish & Chips that will be serving hot and cold food, drinks and snacks.

We do serve alcohol at PrimEvil but only alcohol purchased at the park is permitted – all other alcohol will be confiscated at the entrance during the bag search. We advise that you drink sensibly and have a strict policy on refusing drinks to any guests who have reached their limit and to those under the age of 18.

FACILITIES

Unfortunately, no dogs are able to attend PrimEvil as even trained guide dogs may be stressed by the nature of the event. Please enquire further if you have any questions regarding guide dogs.

PrimEvil has hard walkways and we try to ensure that the surfaces are suitable for all weathers but we do recommend that you wear suitable footwear and clothing for our facilities. Some haunts are in natural woodland and therefore appropriate footwear is suggested. We recommend that those with medical conditions acknowledge whether they are fit enough to attend before purchasing tickets.

Accessibility

PrimEvil wants to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable visit. If you require extra assistance, a free Essential Companion ticket is available where support is needed that is significant and substantial and in excess of what could be reasonably expected of family/friends already accompanying you. The Essential Companion will need to bring proof of carer status. This can be in the form of NIMBUS Access card holder showing the +1 or +2 symbol (ID will be required on entry), proof of registered employed carer (photographic ID required on entry), receipt of carers allowance (please show this on the day), or they can attend as the companion of a wheelchair user.

Please note that the only haunt accessible by wheelchair is Route 666.

We do have disabled toilet facilities located around the park.
